Refractories and Hot Insulation Material Installation

Our Projects team have good experience for the following items: High Alumina Bricks, Fireclay bricks, Fused Cast AZS bricks, Insulation bricks, Mullite bricks, MgO bricks,  SiC bricks,  Castable, Motars. Polyurethane, Rockwool, Calcium Silicate, Ceramic Fiber, Foamglass, Styrofoam, Glasswool, Perlite…… there are more.

In a word we mainly focus on two fields: refractories and insulation.

1. Refractories
   We have experienced engineers with refractory, metallurgy and engineering background and are able to offer our customers total on site service that is exclusively to meet the specific needs of each customer (mainly in China ). Our complete range of refractory services include:

• Casting Conventional casting, pumping and vibro-casting of castable

• Injection High Pressure injection of castable required for special furnace lining, low pressure injection require for voids behind a lining, injection of hot stop fiber insulation

• Gunning     Conventional gunning of castable, remote gunning

• Ramming Ramming mouldable for ceramic and metallic anchors, vibrating mouldable and plastic castable gunning.

• Brickwork Brick installation in rotary kiln, reformers, furnaces etc.using all type of brick size (ISO, RKB, VDZ)

• Fiber installation  Install and repair fiber blankets and modules using a variety of materials and anchor systems

2. Thermal Insulations

Ceramic fiber blanket, ceramic fiber board, ceramic fiber textile, ceramic fiber modules, calcium silicate board, calcium silicate pipes,  glass fiber cloth/alumina, high silica glass fiber cloth, asbestos, mineral wool blanket, mineral wool board, marine slab, pipe section is production from non-combustible mineral fibers, calcium silicate, silicon treated fabric, polyurethane.

Thermal Insulations consist of two types, Heat Insulating and cold Insulating.

• Heat Insulating Such as Ceramic Blanket, Mineral Wool, Asbestos or Non Asbestos Material in cloth or blanket form and installation. We specialized in install thermal insulation materials. We have ceramic fiber blanket, boards and calcium silicate products in stock.

• Cold Insulating Such as closed cell tubing, sheet roll, sheet flat, closed cell elastomeric, etc. Ussually use for cold piping, noise reduction in wall and others.
