NR-3000 PCF Blanket is a high temperature insulation solution crafted from polycrystalline fibers that are needled for enhanced durability, resulting in a product that delivers outstanding performance at extremely high temperatures. This blanket demonstrates minimal shrinkage and superior insulating capabilities, maintaining effectiveness up to its maximum rated temperature of 3000°F (1650°C). Composed of a mullite chemistry (72% Al₂O₃; 28% SiO₂), the NR-3000 PCF Blanket remains thermally stable under high-temperature conditions and is recommended for applications that exceed the temperature limits of ceramic fiber blankets.
