NR high density calcium silicate boards are ideal insulation materials for aluminum casting, foundry industries, and different high temperature industrial furnace structure insulation.

NR-85 boards can withstand a temperature up to 1000 °C and it can be contacted directly with molten metals, we have different bulk density and strength boards available to meet clients’ requirements, the density ranges from 800 kg/m3 to 1200 kg/m3 and typical dimensions are 2400x1200 or 1200 x 1200mm, thickness is from 20mm up to 140mm.These boards have an excellent structural strength and dimensional stability.
