Water Repellent Calcium Silicate Board 1100 C

Calcium silicate insulation board is a lightweight insulating board with excellent insulation value, high mechanical strength and low thermal conductivity, The boards are designed for maximum temperatures of 1100°C (1832°F) and are applicable as back up insulating lining in a wide variety of industries like Aluminium, Cement, Glass, Petrochemical & Chemical.

NRCSB1100 boards can also be surface treated with a water repellent surface on one side. Water repellence is achieved by application of a coat of potassium siliconate identified by a light blue colour. For water repellency, please specify the product grade followed by “(NRCSB1100-WP)”

NRCSB1100-WP  is a lightweight, excellent performance in insulation and available in many different shapes and size, one surface of the boards is impregnated with a special water repellent agent manufactured by NRCL.

For cement industry it is used at the parts of Cyclone, Calciner, Resier Duct , Kiln hood, Smoke chamber, Meal Pipe, Grate Cooler, Bull Nose,  typical thickness is 65mm, 100mm calcium silicate bricks.

Special sizes are made to order and sanding can be done upon request.

Protection:  3 layer corrugated cardboard with 2 layers of 100 μ polyethylene stretch-film cover with multiple-layer protection of top and bottom layers
Export pallet: 1150 x 960 x 15 cm  4-way entry  free fumigation plywood pallets.
Loading capacity: 20 GP container :  11 pallets,      40 HQ :  20 pallets.
