Resistance wire  posses high electric resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength under high temperature, good formability and weld ability, It can be used for making heating elements, resistor in metallurgical industry, household electric appliance, chemical, glass, ceramic, and electrics for instance, industrial and civil heating-furnace, infrared equipment, liquefied gas infrared heat-resisting net, different kinds of igniting and radiating electrodes and voltage-regulating resistors for motors and machine industry

NiCr8020, NiCr7030, NiCr6015, NiCr3020, NiCr3520 wire, NiCr2520, and so on

Ni Cr

nickel-chromium, nickel, ferrochrome alloy wire with electric high temperature oxidation resistance, high strength, not soften and a series of advantages. When used in a long time, the same type and the permanent elongation is very small, which is more Cr20Ni80 alloy with excellent comprehensive properties, is to produce high-quality varieties of choice for electric components. The products are widely used in industrial furnace, metallurgy, machinery, household appliances and other industries producing heating elements and resistance elements

Fe Cr Al
Fe-Cr-Al (Iron-chromium-Aluminum) alloys are available as wire, strip, welded and seamless tubes; All these product forms are available from stock for fast deliveries. The high aluminum content, in combination with the high chromium content causes the scaling temperature to increase up to 1425 C (2600F ); Under the headline heat resistance, these FeCrAl alloys are compared with commonly used Fe and Ni base alloys. As can be seen from that table, the FeCrAl alloys have superior properties as compared to the other alloys.

Max contineous working temperature: 1250 C.
Melting Temperature: 1500 C
Electric Resistivity: 1.42 ohm mm2/m
Diameter: 0.01mm-10mm
Has been used extensively as heating elements in industrial furnaces and electrical kilns.
Has less hot strength than Tophet alloys but much higher melting point.
